Hotel Suites & Spa in Western MA, I found the entire staff to be dedicated to catering to the specific needs of each guest, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. the hotel's free Wi-Fi was reliable, allowing for efficient remote work, while the spacious rooms equipped with flat-screen TVs and kitchenettes made it easy to stay productive and comfortable. I appreciated unwinding after meetings at the bar/lounge area and taking advantage of the on-site fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The spa offerings, including massages and beauty treatments, provided a well-deserved break from work commitments. the hotel's proximity to hiking trails and a nearby golf course offered a perfect balance between work and leisure activities.
